Penny was committed to supporting and serving children, through the cub scouts and in many other ways. Dearly loved wife of Andrew, loving mother of David and Stephen, and beloved daughter of Sheila. Penny loved her family, her books, her cub scouts, all her dear friends, her communities.
This fund for NSPCC including Childline and all its other work, reflects Penny's passion and service.
